Track Ugrades - MHS

  • The track will be upgraded to an 8-lane track. This will be done in several phases:

    1. Demolition
    2. Drainage
    3. Retaining Wall (north end)
    4. Asphalt
    5. Surface and Lines

Timeline

    • Track Demolition Project was awarded to C & E Excavating on July 25, 2017.

    • Track Drainage Project was awarded to C & E Excavating on July 25, 2017.

    • Track Retaining Wall (North End) Project was awarded to Robert Henry Corporation on July 25, 2017.

    • Track Asphalt Project was awarded to Walsh & Kelly, Inc. on September 12, 2017.

    • Track Surface Project was awarded to Walsh & Kelly, Inc. on Sepetember 12, 2017.

    • Projected Project Dates:
      1a. Track Demolition, Drainage, and Retaining Wall Projects to begin after December 1, 2017.
      1b. Target completion date is April 30, 2018.

      2a. Track Asphalt and Surface Projects to begin after March 2018.
      2b. Target completion date is July 15, 2018.

      3a. Projected cmpletion date of all track projects is July 31, 2018.
      3b. Target completion date is July 15, 2018.
