How can my school submit student records electronically to CHIRP?

CHIRP can no longer accept flat files from school-based systems. Schools that are interested in continuing immunization data imports must contact the CHIRP helpdesk by email (chirp@isdh.in.gov) or telephone (888-227- 4439).
