When does the CHIRP automatic roll-up occur?

CHIRP does an automatic grade roll-up each year. This roll-up; however, does not move students from school  to school within a district. Schools will still be responsible for adding students to a roster if they are new to that particular school for the 2016-2017 school year. This roll-up occurs on June 30 each year.
